DURYEA — The Duryea Little League will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 15 at the VFW, 492 Stephenson St.
Topics of discussion will be team assignments and opening day.
Anyone interested in coaching is urged to attend.
Wildcats meeting March 14
DURYEA — The Duryea Wildcats will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 14 at the Duryea V.F.W., 492 Stephenson St.
Baseball and softball registrations ongoing
WYOMING — The Wyoming/West Wyoming Little League is holding registrations for its GWA Junior/Senior Baseball and Junior Softball teams throughout the month of March.
Registration forms are available online at www.westwyomingll.com.
Valley Laxerz seeking players
WEST WYOMING — The Valley Laxerz is looking for additional players to fill out their grade 5-6 and grade 7-8 girls teams for the upcoming 2017 season.
The teams practice in March and the season runs from April until the end of May. Players participate in a recreational league consisting of teams from the Back Mountain, Mountain Top, Scranton and Kingston, playing 10 games in addition to two local tournaments.
