Rain didn’t dampen the spirits of those participating in and those watching the Exeter/West Pittston Memorial Day Parade Monday. The parade started at Linden and Wyoming AVenues in West Pittston and proceeded south on Route 11 to St. Cecilia’s Church in Exeter.
