Lady Patriots Booster Club plans event
PITTSTON — The Pittston Area Lady Patriots Basketball Booster Club will host a Pre-Season Parents Night from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10 at the Red Mill, 340 S. Main St.
This adult-only function will feature celebrity bartenders from the coaching staff and school staff who have volunteered to serve drinks throughout the night.
There will be a 50-50 chances, basket raffles and tickets available for a handmade “Pittston Basketball Quilt” that will be chanced off during the season.

WA Girls Basketball Parents meeting Nov. 13
EXETER — The Wyoming Area Girl Basketball Parents Association will hold a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13 in at the Secondary Center Library, 20 Memorial St.
Parent of girls in grades 7 through 12 are encouraged to attend.
Skills & Drills program concludes Nov. 15
WEST PITTSTON — The Wyoming Area Lady Warriors Skills & Drills Elementary Basketball Program will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. every Wednesday until Nov. 15.
This program is for Wyoming Area girls in grades 3 through 6 and will be held at the Wyoming Area Intermediate Center gymnasium, 100 Montgomery Ave.
Registration forms and fees may be mailed to Wyoming Area Girls Basketball, c/o Jenny Kranson, 333 Donna’s Way, Exeter PA 18643.
Participants should bring registration forms to the gym on the first day.

Stan Waleski Black Friday Basketball Camp is Nov. 24
LAFLIN — Registrations are being accepted for the Stan Waleski Black Friday Basketball Camp to be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 24 at the St. Joseph’s Oblates Gym in Laflin.
This camp is for boys and girls in grades 1 through 7.
The camp stresses skills, fundamentals, competitions, team play and fun with all players receiving a camp t shirt and certificate. The camp also features grouping by age and grade in boys and girls divisions.
