Cassidy Graham is still looking for her first college pitching win, but the freshman from Wyoming Area earned her first two saves back-to-back for Indiana of Pennsylvania in the past week.
Graham worked one hitless, scoreless inning in both games. She saved an 8-5 victory at Lock Haven in the second game of an April 7 doubleheader. She saved IUP’s next game, a 5-4 win at Seton Hill in the first game of a Tuesday doubleheader.
In the Lock Haven save, Graham walked one batter. She did not allow any against Seton Hill.
Graham has gotten frequent opportunities in her first college season.
In 17 2/3 innings over nine appearances, Graham has allowed 23 hits and six walks while striking out five for the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division II team. She is 0-2 with a 7.13 earned run average.
