Four Wyoming Area lacrosse players named first-team stars
Wyoming Area had three girls and one boy named to the first teams when Wyoming Valley Conference lacrosse coaches selected their all-star teams.
Midfielder Cassidy Orzel, defender Sara McCormick and utility player Mackenzie Switzer all made the first team for the Lady Warriors.
Offensive midfielder Dominic DeLuca represented the Warriors on the first team.
Christina Kilyanek, a Wyoming Seminary attacker from Hughestown, was also part of the girls first-team.
Pittston Area’s Julia Emmett and Wyoming Area’s Emma Kelleher were among the second-team attackers on the girls team.
Wyoming Area also had Ellie Glatz, Catie McDonough and Amanda McCormick receive honorable mention on the girls team while F.J. Braccini, Jake Switzer and Derek Ambrosino did the same on the boys team.
