Little League meeting
The September meeting for the Avoca Dupont Little League will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8 at the Avoca Borough Building. League officers for the 2019-2020 season will be elected. The beginning of the fall season, continuation of the league’s combining with Pittston City and Duryea, as well as all regular league business, will also be discussed.
