John DeBoard Jr.
EXETER — John R. DeBoard Jr. has recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank advancement in Boy Scouting, with Troop 311 from Exeter.
He graduated from Wilkes-Barre Career and Technical Center in May and Pittston Area High School in June. In August, he will start classes at Johnson College, Scranton.
DeBoard is the son of John and Lynn DeBoard of Avoca. He is the grandson of Nicholas and Pauline Zajac, of Factoryville and the late Herman and Loretta DeBoard, of Avoca.
