HUGHESTOWN — Due to Memorial Day on Monday, May 30, there will be no paper/cardboard pick up in Hughestown Borough. The schedule for the week is as follows:
Tuesday, May 31 — paper/cardboard
Wednesday, June 1 — recyclables
Thursday, June 2 — yard waste

Cardboard must be broken down and bundled, not broken down into another box. Recyclables must be in either a tub of any kind with holes on the bottom to drain water, or in a bag.
