JENKINS TWP.— The 2016 Pittston Area School District tax bills have been mailed to property owners on record.
Office hours during the discount period, which expires Thursday, Sept. 22, are 3 to 5 p.m. Mondays and 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays at the Jenkins Township Municipal Building, 46 1/2 Main St., and from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Mondays at 3 Laflin Road, Inkerman.
Appointments, if necessary, can be made by calling 570-654-971.
After Sept. 22, office hours are only on Monday evening at 3 Laflin Road. Postmarks will be accepted as payment date on mailed payments. If a receipt is required, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with payment.
