DURYEA — Duryea Boy Scout Troop 285 held a Scouting for Food drive at St. Mary’s Polish National Catholic Church, 200 Stephenson St., Duryea, on Feb. 5.

The drive was part of Scout Sunday, an annual celebration of the Feb. 8, 1910 incorporation of Boy Scouts of America. Scout Sunday is held the first Sunday in February.

Scouts collected food and money for Moosic United Methodist Church Food Pantry and participated in scripture readings at Mass.

A social coffee hour followed Mass.
