PITTSTON — The Care and Concern Free Health Clinic Golf Tournament Committee met recently to finalize its plans for its seventh annual golf tournament.

The event will be held Friday, June 30 at Emanon Country Club, 543 Old State Road, Falls. Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m., lunch will be served at 11:00 a.m. and the captain-and-crew format tournament will start at 12:30 p.m.

The price to participate is $85 per golfer or $340 per team and includes a cart, greens fees and a gift.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day and an evening buffet will be offered at the former Seton Catholic High School, 37 William St.. Awards and prizes will be presented during dinner.

The clinic serves people who have no insurance and all proceeds will be used to assist with the cost of diagnostic testing. For more information about the golf tournament or the clinic, call Jim Connors at 570 654-2585.
