The Feast of St. Francis of Assisi will be celebrated on Wednesday, Oct. 4. Fr. Petro will administer a special blessing to all pets at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4, near the front steps of Sacred Heart Church. Parishioners and friends of the parish can bring their animals to the church to pray for the intercession of the saint who loved nature and all of God’s creatures. To provide a safe environment for all who attend this event, be sure that all pets are properly restrained.

Parents or guardians must be present to have their child examined. All services are free and confidential.
