The City of Pittston Christmas tree lighting and ceremony was dedicated to the late Richard Kazmerick, a past president and board member of the Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce at the time of his death. PITTSTON – The City of Pittston held La Festa Natale, a Christmas celebration, including a Toy Truck Parade including a visit from Santa Claus, along with the official city tree lighting.
The tree lighting was conducted by the 2022 Christmas Ambassador Roslyn Lewis.
Food trucks were on site from noon to 8 p.m.
Entertainment was provided by dance troupes from Broadway on the Boulevard and Chance to Dance.
