As students processed into Charlie Trippi Stadium for Pittston Area class of 2023 graduation, all the seniors including Ava Callahan, left, and Robert Barbieri, placed a carnation into the late Pittston Area legend Dave Galli’s cart. Galli was a long time employee and beloved by all students he ever encountered passed away on Dec. 16, 2022.
