PLAINS — The Upper Valley Eye Bank will hold its first meeting for the 2019-2020 year at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5 at the Plains Pavilion, Clarks Lane.This meeting will be hosted by the Plains Lions Club. Speaker for the evening will be 1st V.D.G. Thomas Mulhern, 11, who will speak about the Spot Camera and the Lions Kids Sight & Screening Program. Please bring collected eyeglasses (no cases).
