PITTSTON — Visit Art E Fekts Gallery at 71 S. Main St. Friday, Nov. 8 from 6 to 9 p.m. to see new works by photographer Paul Bracey.
“Suns and Other Stars” is a presentation of Bracey’s stunning landscape photography. All pieces will be for sale and on display for the month of November. Come have some wine and cheese while browsing the fine art for sale in the gallery.
Bracey’s interest in photography began during his military service when he volunteered to take aerial pictures of drop zones. After leaving the military, he worked for several years as a portrait photographer. He was first introduced to digital photography while again working as an aerial photographer on a highway construction project.
An avid outdoor adventurer, Bracey has pursued rock climbing, ice climbing and mountaineering, traveling to a variety of beautiful destinations that have provided him with spectacular photographic opportunities.
Bracey makes use of the wide range of equipment and techniques available to photographers today, using social media to share his work with a broader audience. In addition, he produces high-quality framed prints for display. His goal is to share something beautiful through engaging images, whether realistic or imagined, in the hope of opening the viewer’s eyes to a new way of seeing things.
