Halloween magic seemed to be in full force last week at the Work of Art Learning Center in Exeter, where kids mixed a batch of pumpkin seeds and glitter and spread it outside on Tuesday morning.
Then the little ones returned to their classrooms.
Meanwhile, alongside their school building, some mysterious Halloween sorcery seemed to be at play.
When the children went back outside — lo and behold! — the seeds were gone and, in their place were pumpkins, just the right size for little hands to carry.

Imagine the squeals of delight that ensued as children picked pumpkins they could take home.
When asked for an explanation, Work of Art director Gina Malsky explained: “It’s magic.”
