WEST PITTSTON – Nine-year-old Teagan Delaney’s reign as the 2022 Little Miss Cherry Blossom is coming to a close as she enjoyed this past year representing the festival.
The third-grade student is happiest when on the dance floor each and every time she takes the stage.
Teagan has been dancing competitively with Broadway on the Boulevard for the last five years earning her first solo this season. She also recently scored a second overall and a special judges award for her performance.
She also enjoys Irish dancing as she performs with the Emerald Isle Step Dancers.
Irish dancing has taken Teagan to Boston to dance with the cast of Riverdance and will reunite with them this summer.
Teagan enjoys being with her friends when not dancing as well as her Golden Retriever puppy, Finnegan.
“Good luck to all the Little Miss Cherry Blossom contestants this year,” Teagan said.
