WEST PITTSTON – Eli Harding, a Wyoming Area, has been chosen the 2023 Cherry Blossom Festival scholarship recipient.
Harding is involved in multiple clubs such as Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and Student Council, and is on the varsity tennis team.
“Besides school, I am an Eagle Scout of Troop 352 of West Pittston and hold down a job at Driscolls Home Center,” Harding said. “I am a life long resident of West Pittston and am proud of the town I live in.”
Harding’s future plans including attending Misericordia University majoring in Environmental science and continue his athletic career in tennis.
“I am blessed and grateful for being the receipting of the West Pittston Cherry Blossom Scholarship,” Harding added.
