WEST PITTSTON — The West Pittston Fire Department will hold its first-ever Cornhole Tournament from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Aug. 8 at the Clubhouse 315 (former Sunshine Market) on Route 315, Plains Township.
“We’re hoping to make it an annual fun time,” Victoria Hood, of the WPFD, said. “Get your friends and come out for a fun time and help support our volunteer fire department.”
There are two QR codes for cornhole, one for fun and one for competition.
Point your cellphone’s camera to either choice to register.
But first, you’ll have to download the app ScoreHolio (scoreholio.com) — once you do that and scan the QR code, it will take you right to the signup page.
There will be 50/50 raffles, basket raffles, cash bar and food for purchase.
