Updated: Water main break in Dupont repaired, service restored to customers

DUPONT — Repairs on the 8-inch main along Main Street were completed late Monday night.

Pennsylvania American Water spokeswoman Susan Turcmanovich said in an email that repairs were completed at around midnight, and service was restored to all customers.

The break happened on Monday morning and initially left about 30 customers are without water, according to Turcmanovich.
