Wyoming Area tight end/linebacker Joey Marranca has accepted an offer from Lehigh University as a preferred walk-on for the football program.
Marranca was the Warriors’ leading receiver and second-leading tackler as a senior.
On offense, he had a team-high, seven catches for 75 yards and was second in pancake blocks with 10.
Defensively, Marranca led the Warriors in sacks with four and quarterback hurries with seven. He was second on the team in total tackles with five per game and second in tackles for losses with 9 ½ on the season.
